COSTS

The citizenship program of Antigua & Barbuda requires making an economic contribution to the country or an investment into a Government Approved Real Estate project.

OPTION-Economic contribution to Antigua’s (NDF) or Real Estate investment in Antigua & Barbuda

A non- refundable financial contribution to the National Development Fund (NDF) of minimum USD 125,000 for a family of is 4 required to qualify for citizenship under this option. In addition, due Diligence fees will also apply to the total cost.

TIMELINE

MONTH 1-2

Client signs IVS Retainer Agreement and pays the retainer invoice. File ready for submission. 10% Payment of Government Fees, Due Diligence, Citizenship Application. The client pays the Submission invoice of IVS Professional Fees.

MONTH 3

Due Diligence results are ready and Citizenship approval is issued. In the case of Donation, the remaining 90% of government fees will be paid to Citizenship Invest to be paid to the government, and the NDF fees will be paid to the government directly. In the case of Real Estate, the investment is paid to the Government Escrow Account and 90% of Government Fees to Citizenship Invest. The client pays the Approval invoice of IVS Professional Fees.

MONTH 4

Citizenship Certificates are issued and Citizenship Invest obtains the passports. Passports are delivered to the client in their home country. The time estimated to receive the citizenship approval is based on the Government's due diligence processing time and is not guaranteed*

Visa requirements for Antigua and Barbuda citizens are administrative entry restrictions by the authorities of other states placed on citizens of Antigua and Barbuda.
